Who we are

This website, ourgiftshop.co.uk, is run by Our Gift Shop, a UK online shop selling personalised pet accessories and lifestyle gifts. What information we collect

Order details – your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the personalisation wording you choose.
Payment details – payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Live chat – the messages you send in our chat. If you ask to speak to a member of our team, the name, email address and phone number you enter.
Account details – if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Website usage – technical information such as pages viewed and device type, collected through cookies (see below).

To make, personalise and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (to perform our contract with you).
To answer your questions through the live chat and provide customer support.

Who we share it with

Production and delivery partners – some of our products are made and shipped directly by our manufacturing partners, including partners outside the UK. We share only what they need to make and deliver your order: your name, delivery address and personalisation details.
Payment provider – to take payment securely.
Website, hosting and email services that run our shop.
Live chat services – our chat assistant uses an AI service to answer questions from the information on our website. If you ask for a person, your contact details and messages are passed to our team via a secure messaging app.
Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta – only if you accept these cookies.

We never sell your personal information. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to make sure it is protected.

We use essential cookies to make the shop work (for example your basket and checkout).
