The terms that apply when you shop with Our Gift Shop.

About us

This website, ourgiftshop.co.uk, is operated by Our Gift Shop. You can contact us via the live chat on our website or at info@ourgiftshop.co.uk.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm your order and start making it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, and we’ll refund you in full if so.

Personalisation

We produce personalised items exactly as you enter them at checkout, so please check spelling, numbers and sizes carefully. We won’t engrave wording that is offensive or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is free on every order, in the UK and worldwide. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Personalised items are dispatched within 7 days and plain items within 5 days; delivery then usually takes 7–9 days. See our Delivery information page for details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Personalised items are made to your specifications and cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law.

Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
